We make every attempt to ship your order within 24hrs of placing an order with us, when placed on a business day (Monday through Friday-9am to 5pm MST). If you place your order on a weekend, we make every effort to ship your order on the following Monday. Our average delivery time is 3-5 business days after placing an order.  Please be patient and expect slight delays during holidays and special promotions.

Once a package leaves our facility and is in the hands of USPS, we have no control over how long it takes to reach its destination. If tracking has not updated, but shows your package is on the way but with delays, there is nothing we can do but wait on USPS. If it appears that you're package is lost, tracking states delivered but you do not have it, or think it may have been stolen, please send an email to ateazeextracts@outlook.com and we will investigate before gladly sending you a replacement product.

Please keep in mind we may need your assistance in getting in touch with your local USPS and resolving issues so please check your email regularly. Most issues are resolved much quicker by reaching out to your local post office yourself and providing as their carriers are gps tracked/ We have to go through official channels and wait for a response from USPS when we make inquiries.
